It’s the start of a brand new week! All that means is it is Monday and we were all back at work today ugh! Why couldn’t the weekend be longer lol Well today I am doing a super easy Pizza recipe I know will be a total hit. Well at least in my house, my wife destroyed this one. This Caramelized Onion Pizza is easy to customize, I mean if you don’t like blue cheese use some gorgonzola instead! Boom see I got your back. How to Make Caramelized Onion Pizza

Total Time 1 hour
Course Dinner, Lunch, Main Course
Cuisine American, Pizza
Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Onion Thickly Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 4 oz. Brie Cheese
  • 4 oz. Blue Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan/skillet heat 2 Tabp. of oil over a medium heat. Add in onions and cook for about 10 minutes until the onions start to brown. Add in the sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and cook uncovered for another 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Roll out the pizza dough, brush lightly with olive oil and poke holes with a fork. Bake the dough for about 7 to 8 minutes until it starts to lightly brown.
  • Carefully remove dough from oven, top with onions, and cheeses. Place back in the oven and cook for another 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
