OMG, it is finally Friday, and man do I need this weekend! This has been one of those crazy weeks at work so I needed something really fast but really good to put out there. With that, I ran to the store grabbed a rotisserie chicken, and made these Sriracha Chicken Kettle Chips. This is a perfect snack when you want something next level or need a quick appetizer to serve people. Simple Sriracha Chicken Kettle Chips

Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2-1/2 Cups Chicken Cooked and Shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. Sot Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Sriracha + 1 Tbsp.
  • 1 14 oz. Bag Kettle Chips
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
  • 2 Tomatoes Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Jalapeño Seeded and Diced
  • 1/3 Cup Ranch
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Set oven to broil
  • In a medium bowl add chicken, bbq sauce, 1/4 cup sriracha, salt and pepper and mix together until chicken is completely coated.
  • Line the bottom of a cast iron skillet or jelly pan with the kettle chips, top with chicken, tomato, bacon, jalapeño, and shredded cheese. Put in the oven and broil until the cheese is melted.
  • While in the broiler in a small bowl mix together the ranch dressing and 1 Tbsp. of Sriacha. Once chips are done in the oven top with the sauce and serve.
