Time for French Toast recipe number two of the weekend! Like I said with the last one it’s apple time! So why not have a little fun with Apple Butter? Yup we are making some Apple Butter French Toast Rolls! Just another fun and simple breakfast recipe that doesn’t take a lot of work but totally is worth trying for how great it tastes. I know you guys are going to fall in love with this one, so when you do make it be sure to take pix and post them to my Facebook page!

Apple Butter French Toast Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 Bread Slices
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 8 Tbsp. Apple Butter
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- Powdered Sugar Optional
Instructions
- In shallow bowl whisk together eggs, milk and sugar.
- Cut crust off of each slice of bread, use a rolling pin to flatten each piece.
- Spread about 1 Tbsp. of apple butter on to each slice of bread, then roll the slice up.
- Coat each roll in the egg/milk mixture, then place in a heated pan/skillet and cook until golden brown. About 3-4 minutes on each size.
- Serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
