So I have been telling you guys on March 30th I would have more information on the cookbook I have been working on… well today is March 30th!

The Easy Puerto Rican Cookbook is my take a ton of the classic recipes I learned from my dad, and learned from friends in the restaurant industry. So I was able to take a lot of complex all day recipes and make them easy for the modern on the go family.
