Hey everyone! Hopefully everyone is healthy and doing well. Not losing it from being stuck home, I know the wife and I love each other but man 24/7 together is a test LMAO!! Anyway Even with everything going on we are closing on Easter, which is one of my favorite food days. Seriously this is because I am madly in love with Deviled Eggs! So every year I like to put out a couple versions of Deviled Eggs just to have some fun. This time I am doing some Everything Deviled Eggs. We did this one because my wife LOVES Everything bagels so we figured why not this is a freaking cool idea lol. So go ahead guys gives these a try I know you will love them. When you do make them be sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!

Everything Deviled Eggs Recipe

Total Time 35 minutes
Course Appetizer

Servings 12 Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 oz. Smoked Salmon thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in a pot, and fill with cold water. You want the water to be about an inch above the eggs. Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling remove from the heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  • Place the eggs in ice water and allow to sit for another 10 minutes and peel.
  • Slice the eggs in half and place the yolks in a medium bowl. Mix in Everything seasoning, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cream cheese until it is smooth.
  • Scope the mixture back into the eggs, tightly roll the thin salmon slices and place the rolls in the center of the yoke mixture. Sprinkle with a little extra everything seasoning and serve!
