This week has been an amazingly wild ride with the pre-sale release of my cookbook. I will be announcing a contest to go with the cookbook soon also. In the mean time though let’s get back into the swing of everything with a cool little lunch time recipe I know you are going to fall in love with. These Supreme Pizza Sliders are a quick and fun little lunch. This is the perfect comfort feel good food when your stuck inside (like some of us are now lol) So go ahead guys and make them, when you do be sure to take a picture and post them to my Facebook page!

Supreme Pizza Sliders Recipe

Total Time 40 minutes
Servings 6 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Slider Rolls
  • 1 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Green Pepper Chopped
  • 4 oz. Pepperoni Sliced
  • 2.25 oz. Can Black Olives Drained & Sliced
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Grated
  • 3 Tbsp. Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Butter Melted
  • 1 Garlic Clove Diced
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flake

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350˚.
  • Place bottom half of slider rolls in baking dish. Spread half of the pizza sauce across them. Top with bell pepper, pepperoni, olives, and mozzarella. Spread the remaining sauce over everything and close the sliders.
  • In a small bowl mix together Parmesan, olive oil, vinegar, butter, oregano, garlic and red pepper flake.Drizzle over the sliders.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
