Puerto Rican Coquito

Puerto Rican Coquito

Happy Friday everyone! Hopefully you are all holding up well. It’s getting closer to Christmas so I thought I would start pulling put some of my Christmas recipes. This year though I figured why not do some Puerto Rican Holiday recipes. The first one I am doing is Coquito! This is one of those if you know you know kinda recipes lol. If you don’t know you need to make it and try it! Now remember as with ALL Puerto Rican recipes everyone I know does it a little but different. So this is the way my dad taught me, this is our family traditional holiday drink (for adults lol). My little brother likes a little more cinnamon and a little vanilla extract in his to add a little extra flavor and make it pop. Heck one of my friends uses a little nutmeg too, so feel free to add a little lol. This recipe is a super simple no cook no boil (some you have to get the stove top going) and takes no more work than a little bit of time.
