Oven Baked Ribs

Oven Baked Ribs

Man I had a massively LONG weekend! I was almost glad to get into work this morning so I could relax a little bit lol. So anyway, I had been in the mood for ribs lately and my favorite BBQ joint is just over an hour away in good weather. Needless to say I didn’t feel like making that trip. Being from Chicago it has been pretty snowy and cold out as of late, so I didn’t feel like manning the smoker and watching the temp either. So I said let’s go ahead and make some simple Oven Baked Ribs! Not a lot of work goes into these and yet the results are so out of this world. You guys are totally going to want to try this one! When you do make sure you take a pic and post it to my Facebook page!
