Pre-Heat oven to 275˚.
Remove thin membrane from the back of the ribs.
In small bowl mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
Rub ribs down with liquid smoke, then pat down with dry rub mix.
Tightly wrap with tin foil. Place ribs on a baking sheet bone side done and place in the oven for 3 hours.
Remove ribs from tin foil and brush with your favorite BBQ Sauce, and place in broiler for about 4-5 minutes.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve!
