Hey everyone! It’s Friday the weekend is here, and OMG I am ready for it. =) My comic book shop is opening back up (yes I am a comic nerd lol) so this weekend just got better. So to celebrate let’s make something easy yet SUPER freaking tasty, let’s make some Mongolian Beef Ramen Noodles. Yup were are taking something as simple as Ramen noodles and next leveling it. My son and daughter both LOVE Ramen so being creative with Ramen was something I really have wanted to do. Mongolian Beef Ramen Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 lb. Flank Steak
  • 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
  • 1 Green Pepper Sliced
  • 3 Green Onions Sliced
  • 8 oz. Ramen Noodles

Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1-1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 4 Garlic Clives Minced
  • Red Pepper Flake

Instructions
 

  • Slice your steak into thin strips cutting agains the grain. Place into a medium size bowl, coat with the cornstarch and toss so it is completely coated.
  • In a pan/skillet heat a couple tablespoons of canola oil. Add steak to into heated oil and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside in a medium bowl.
  • Add bell pepper into the pan and allow to cook until it becomes tender. Once cook remove peppers and place in the same bowl with the steak.
  • Add all of the ingredients for the sauce into the pan/skillet. Heat over a medium heat and whisk constantly for about 10 minutes allowing it to thicken up.
  • Add steak and and peppers into the thickened sauce. After a couple of minutes add in your cooked ramen and toss so everything is coated. Top with green onions and serve.
