This it guys, the week is over it’s time to enjoy the weekend. So kick back relax and unwind! Well.. and make some awesome food right? Haha that said here is a super simple super delicious recipe I know will be a total hit (when ever I make these the wife can’t stop going back for more). Mississippi Sin Sliders! OMG seriously these freakin’ sliders totally kill it. So whether you make them for a quick lunch or you are having a get together and want some finger food these are perfect! Heck you always have game day to throw down for right lol. Well no matter why you make these like I said you will totally fall in love with them so go ahead and give them a try! Mississippi Sin Sliders Recipe

Total Time: 45 minutes

Yield: 18 Sliders

Mississippi Sin Sliders Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Smoked Ham, Sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 10 oz. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 Green Onions, Diced
  • 1 tsp. Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 18 Slider Rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Add the cooked bacon and mix to combine.
  3. Slice the rolls in half and divide the spread between the bottoms of all 18 rolls.
  4. Divide all of the ham between the 18 roll bottoms.
  5. Place sliders into baking dish.
  6. Brush the tops with the melted butter, cover with parchment and foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 more minutes.
