Hey guys hopefully everyone had an amazing Valentine’s Day. I know this year I really didn’t do any Valentine’s recipes but I had fun doing Superbowl stuff lol. And today I am jumping to a simple dinner (or Lunch) that you will totally love! I am making a cool Chorizo Potato Skillet Pizza! Yup, I love simple skillet recipes they make a meal so freaking easy! How to Make Chorizo Potato Skillet Pizza

Total Time 33 minutes
Course Dinner, Lunch
Cuisine American, Mexican, TexMex
Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb. Potatoes Peeled and Chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Ground Chorizo
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 10 ” Tortilla
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Jalapeño Sliced

Instructions
 

  • Heat about 1 Tbsp. of oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Add in chopped potatoes, cooking until they start to become a golden brown. Add in the onion, and chorizo cooking until the chorizo is completely broken up and cooked.
  • Wipe out the skillet adding another Tbsp. of oil to the pan and start heating it up, add the tortilla in and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes until it starts to crisp up a little. Add in the salsa, chorizo mixture, shredded cheese and then jalapeño.
  • Place in the oven at 400˚F and bake for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
