Crab Rangoon is a very popular appetizer and when ever I throw out a version of it I get a lot of positive feed back on it so I figured I would do another fun little version. These Baked Crab Rangoon Rolls are probably the easiest of all versions hands down. I mean there is almost nothing to it. Mix, fill, roll bake and boom you are now serving some amazing appetizers everyone will totally go crazy for. It doesn’t get much easier than that, and let’s be honest you know they will get destroyed so easy and something every one wants.. WIN! lol Go ahead gives these a shot and when you do make sure to take a pic and throw it up on my Facebook page!

Ingredients
  1. 8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
  2. 4 oz. Crab Meat
  3. 15 Egg Roll wraps
  4. 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
  5. 2 Tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped
  6. 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In medium bowl mix softened cream cheese, crab, garlic salt, and green onions until well combined.
  3. One at a time lay out an Egg Roll Wrap, spoon about 2 Tbsp. of the Crab mixture on the bottom portion or the wrap, and spread across almost end to end.
  4. Tightly roll the wrap, with about an inch of wrap left moisten it with a little water to seal it shut and finish rolling.
  5. Once all the rolls are completed brush them lightly with oil.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are a nice golden brown.
