Hey guys! It’s that time again, yup BURGER time!! Yup that weekly burger I love to make over the summer. This time I am making a Mediterranean Burger. I am taking a bunch of my favorite flavors and making a burger out of it. I especially love Kalamata olives and feta cheese. That alone would make this a wow burger but come on you know I can’t leave it at just that lol. If you want to try a super simple burger that as an amazing taste well this is the one for you. Mediterranean Burger Recipe

A simple yet super tasty burger!

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. Ground Beef
  2. 1/2 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  3. 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives, Roughly Chopped
  4. 1 Tomato, Sliced
  5. 2 Cups Lettuce, Chopped
  6. 1 Cup Feta Cheese
  7. 2 tsp. Sugar
  8. 1/4 Apple Cider Vingar
  9. 3/4 Cup Olive Oil
  10. 1 tsp. Parmesan Cheese
  11. 2 Tbsp. Water
Instructions
  1. Salt and Pepper ground beef, divide and create four burger patties, grilling them to your desired temperature.
  2. While burgers are grilling, slice and chop your vegetables and place in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together sugar, Cider vinegar, Oil, Parmesan Cheese, and Water until completely combined.
  4. Take 2-3 Tbsp. of dressing and toss vegetables in it.
  5. To assemble burger place salad on bottom bun, next the burger patty, a slice or tomato and feta cheese crumbles, and last the top bun.
