Happy Monday everyone! How is everyone doing? I decided to start the week with an easy yet cool little appetizer I know you will fall in love with. Not just a normal appetizer though I am taking two different apps and making one AWESOME one. We are throwing down with some Spinach Dip Cheese Sticks.. OMG do you know how cool these things are? You need to try them. Once you do you will crave them all the time. When you do make them be sure to take a pic and post it to my Facebook page!

Spinach Dip Cheese Sticks Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach Thawed and Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1-1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 Cups Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Press into the bottom of a baking dish or pan. Place in the freezer for 30 to 45 minutes, long enough for the mixture to become firm.
  • In three shallow dishes place flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. pre-heat oil to 350˚.
  • Slice frozen dip into cheese stick size strips. coat in flour, then egg and last breadcrumbs.
  • Fry sticks for about 1 minute until they are a golden brown.
