Spinach Artichoke Pull Apart Bread

I am gearing up for my vacation! With that I have been getting some fun but easy recipes ready so I can make several of them in advance and still keep my publishing schedule. This is one of those fun and quick little recipes. an awesome Spinach Artichoke Pull Apart Bread. Now if you have been watching you have seen me do a few Spinach and Artichoke recipes, reason being is my wife totally LOVES them lol. So when I have a chance to do quick and easy AND make something for the wife, you better believe I am all over it lol. This is the perfect little recipe for a get together and I know you will love it as much as we do. Spinach Artichoke Pull Apart Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Round Bread Loaf
  • 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 3 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 14 oz. Artichoke Hearts
  • 3 Gloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350˚.
  • In small pan belt 3/4 stick of butter, add in the spinach and minced garlic. Roughly chop the artichoke hearts and stir in. Allow to sauté for a couple of minutes.
  • Cut bread loaf lengthwise and widthwise, do NOT cut all the way through the loaf.
  • Stuff bread with mozzarella cheese, then the sautéed vegetables.
  • Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Unwrap loaf, melt the rest of the butter in a small bowl and in garlic powder. Brush over the baked loaf. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
  • Return to oven for another 10 minutes.
