Ravioli Casserole

Hopefully everyone had a great Thanksgiving and got to spend a lot of quality time with your families. I figured you are probably sick of turkey already lol so I am going with a nice family dinner that don’t have any turkey involved in them lol. This Ravioli Casserole is a great tasting and super simple dinner that the whole family will totally fall in love with and will quickly find it’s way into your regular dinner rotation. Ravioli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Italian Sausage
  • 28 oz. Pasta Sauce
  • 25 oz. Frozen Cheese Ravioli
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-Heat your oven to 350˚.
  • In skillet/pan break up and brown Italian sausage. Drain fat and add in pasta sauce, heat for a couple minutes and set aside.
  • In a large bowl mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Add in the the cheese ravioli and mix until they are coated.
  • Spread coated ravioli into a baking dish, pour meat sauce over ravioli and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Allow to rest and cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
