I had been behind on all my work for such a long time. With writing and Anthony’s wrestling I was barely getting things up in time, heck sometimes I was I was posting a little late lol. Man it feels good to be ahead of the game again. With that said let’s jump into this fun little treat! These Pizza Waffles make a cool little lunch for the family (my 10 year old Daughter loves them) heck make them for a movie night in with your date. I made them as simple pepperoni pizzas but you can easily tweak these with your favorite toppings. So go ahead and make this one, when you do be sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!

Pizza Waffles Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Pckg. Crescent Rolls
- 1-1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Pepperoni Sliced
- Pizza Sauce for Dipping
Instructions
- Preheat and spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
- Open crescents, and unroll the triangles. You should have 8 pinch the edges together on every other one so you end up with 4 large triangles.
- Line the center of your triangles with 1/4 of your cheese, then pepperoni. Fold the triangles shut and pinch them closed sealing pepperoni and cheese inside.
- Place on waffle iron and close, cook for about 5 minutes until they are a nice golden brown.
- Serve with pizza sauce to dip in.
