Picadillo Meatballs

While this one isn’t a Puerto Rican recipe, it is definitely Puerto Rican inspired. I started playing with little flavors from Puerto Rican food and tying them in with some non-Puerto Rican food. So my first shot was a Puerto Rican inspired meatball recipe. So here I give you my Picadillo Meatballs!! Give these a shot and go ahead let me know how totally awesome they came out lol.

1. 1 lbs. Ground Beef
2. 2 Green Onions, Diced
3. 1 Clove of Garlic, Diced
4. 1 Egg
5. 3/4 tsp. Cumin
6. Salt
7. 1 Cup Chicken Broth
8. 1 Cup Salsa
9. 1/4 Cup Raisins
10. 1/4 Cup Greens Olives, Chopped
11. 1/4 Cilantro, Chopped
