Nebraska Rueben Burger

Nebraska Rueben Burger

So in looking up information on what I should make for Nebraska, I came across the Rueben and it’s origin of possibly being created by Reuben Kulakofsky from Omaha so that’s the route I went. I decided to figure out a way to take that awesome tasting rueben sandwich and create a burger out of it. The Nebraska Rueben Burger is the result of playing with this idea. I loved how these came out so pretty quickly came out the way I wanted them to! So go ahead and try this out, if you like Ruebens and you like Burgers I got you. =)

Are you from Nebraska and don’t think this represents you well? Let me know, hit me up and tell me what would be a better burger for your state!
