If you follow me at all, whether on the website or on YouTube you know that I love having fun with my Mug Cakes. Today was no different, I was completely craving a moon pie. That got me thinking about moon pie cakes… which of course lead to the Moon Pie Mug Cake. This one really hit the spot I needed! you guys really need to try this one!

- 1 Large Egg
- 3-1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 3-1/2 Tbsp. Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 Cup Self Rising Flour
- Salt
- 1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows
- 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips

- 1 cup all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt!
