The Minnesota Juicy Lucy Burger was one of the easiest of my 50 states of burgers. Not a lot of research went into this one before I ran across this recipe. The best part of it though wasn’t that it was easy finding a Minnesota burger, nope the best part is how darned good it tastes. Add onto that the Juicy Lucy is a pretty easy burger to make this state burger is a complete winner!
