The great thing about doing mug cakes is how quick and simple they are. An even better thing about the mug cakes is there are so many great types of cakes you can make. I have done more playing and creating with mug cakes than baking with regular cakes. This is one of those recipes I came across while just playing around. I really owe the inspiration on this one to my daughter and her love of Applesauce. This simple Applesauce Mug cake is that quick, easy, sweet tasty little dessert you are looking for!

- 3 Tbsp. Applesauce
- 3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Self Rising Flour
