What’s up guys it’s FRIDAY!! I didn’t do a burger last week so I decided to come back with a vengeance and do something really fun, and here it is a copycat McDonald’s Big Mac… Yup secret sauce and all lol. Come on guys does this one really take a lot of explaining? It’s a freaking Big Mac lol. The one thing that is even better than grabbing on from the drive thru though is this is REAL meat lol. So you know.. a Big Mac but better lol. So go ahead guys make your own Big Mac give this one a try I know you will totally fall in love with it.. well cause you already do love them lol. McDonald's Big Mac Recipe

Total Time: 30 minutes

Serving Size: 2 Servings

McDonald's Big Mac Recipe

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. French Dressing
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Sweet Relish
  • 2 tsp. Dill Relish
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Dried Minced Onions
  • 1 tsp. White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Ketchup
  • Salt
  • Burger:
  • 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 3 Sesame Seed Buns
  • 2 American Cheese Slices
  • 2 tsp. White Onion, Minced
  • 1/2 Cup Lettuce, Shredded
  • Dill Pickle Slices
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for an hour, at least, before serving
  2. Lightly toast two bottom buns.
  3. Season the hamburger patties with salt and pepper, to taste. In a medium sized skillet, cook 1-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. On the first of the two bottom buns, add ½ tablespoon of the Special Sauce, ½ teaspoon of the onion, ? cup of shredded lettuce, cheese, and one hamburger patty.
  5. Place the other bottom bun on top, and top it with the same items mentioned above, but no cheese. Top with the remaining bun top.
