It’s Saturday that means it’s time for another pancake of the week. This week I thought it would be nice to do one that’s even easier than usual and just a little bit more fun so I am making some Lucky Charms Pancakes! Yup that’s right I am turning one of your favorite breakfast cereals into pancakes lol. Like I said this one is even simpler than must of the pancakes I have put out there before but that doesn’t mean it lacks in flavor at all and I know you guys will totally love it and everyone at home will end up totally destroying these. When you do make these, make sure to take a pic of them and post those pics to my Facebook page!

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Pancake Mix
- 1 tsp. Green Food Coloring
- 1/2 Lucky Charms Marshmallows
- Whipped Cream Topping
Instructions
- Mix Pancake as per instructions.
- Add in the green food coloring and marshmallows and mix until color is even through out batter.
- On a griddle or pan pour about a 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until pancake is completely cooked.
- Top with whipped cream and a few more marshmallows.
