Healthy Kale Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 Slices of Bacon, Chopped
- 1-3/4 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes, Peeled and Diced
- 1 Green Onion, Diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 tsp. Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 10 Cups Kale, Stems Removed and Chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Almonds, Chopped
