It’s time again to make another quick and easy mug cake. Now my daughter love, LOVES when I do something chocolate, but you know I can’t just do a regular plain old chocolate cake right!? So I decided to do an awesome Black Forest Mug Cake! OMG this thing is freaking incredible lol, go ahead give this one a try it is super quick and simple like all the mug cakes. After you make it let me know what you guys thought of it.

- 1/4 Cup Cherries, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Brandy or Rum
- 1 Large Egg
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 Cup Self Rising Flour
- Salt

- 1 cup all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt!
