What’s up guys? It’s that time again, you know time to head out to the grill and make a killer burger! This time around I am doing my Firehouse Burger Recipe. Why call it a Firehouse? Well this burger has a little kick to it, not a lot but enough to really make it a special kind of burger I know you are totally going to love. Like always on top of everything else this burger recipe is super freaking simple lol. So you guys know you want to try it! Firehouse Burger Recipe
This is an AMAZING burger with a little bite you will totally love!

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. Ground Beef
  2. 4 Slices Provolone Cheese
  3. 4 Slices Havarti Cheese
  4. 8 Slices Spicy Capicola
  5. 1/2 Cup Pickled Jalapenos
  6. 1/2 Cup Pepperoncini
  7. 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  8. 2-1/2 Tbsp. Ketchup
  9. 1-1/2 Tbsp. Honey
  10. 1 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
  11. 2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
  12. 1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
  1. Form ground beef into 4 patties and salt and pepper, grill to your desired temperature. With about 2-3 minutes left add a slice of provolone and havarti cheese to each burger.
  2. While burgers are grilling, in small bowl combine mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, hot sauce, cajun seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce and mix until throughly combined.
  3. To assemble burger, pour sauce on to bottom bun, top with burger patty, Capicola, Pepperoncini and Jalapenos.
