  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1-1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 tsp. Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl beat together your butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar until completely combined. Add in the egg and vanilla and beat until combined. Gradually add in your flour and salt once everything is combined fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Shape into small one inch balls and lay on a parchment lined backing sheet. Place in the freezer for at least an hour.
  • Once the dough balls has firmed up make your batter by mixing all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Heat your oil to about 360˚ dip each ball into the batter and carefully place them in the oil. If they are fully submerged you only need a minute or two total. If not about that much on each side.
