  • 4-1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk Warmed
  • 1/3 Cup Butter Melted
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2-1/2 tsp. Yeast
  • Salt

Cinnamon/Sugar Mix:

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Butter Melted
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. Cinnamon

Frosting:

  • 1-1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Butter Softened
  • 3 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 200˚.
  • In oven safe bowl mix together all the ingredients for the roll until completely combined. Place a damp towel over bowl.
  • Turn oven off and place the bowl with dough into the oven. Leave it in for an hour, the dough will rise in the oven.
  • Remove dough from oven and allow it to rest on the counter covered for 10 minutes. Mix together your cinnamon and sugar and set aside.
  • On floured surface roll your dough out into a rectangle. Spread the melted butter over the dough, then spread the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the butter. Leave about an inch on each edge with no cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  • Starting with long edge roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes.
  • Increase the temperature on your oven to 400˚, bake rolls for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • While rolls are baking, mix together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
