Pre-heat oven to 200˚.
In oven safe bowl mix together all the ingredients for the roll until completely combined. Place a damp towel over bowl.
Turn oven off and place the bowl with dough into the oven. Leave it in for an hour, the dough will rise in the oven.
Remove dough from oven and allow it to rest on the counter covered for 10 minutes. Mix together your cinnamon and sugar and set aside.
On floured surface roll your dough out into a rectangle. Spread the melted butter over the dough, then spread the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the butter. Leave about an inch on each edge with no cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Starting with long edge roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes.
Increase the temperature on your oven to 400˚, bake rolls for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
While rolls are baking, mix together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
