In this house we totally love our buffalo chicken. I love coming up with different ways to serve it up. I also just totally love making egg rolls. So why not take those two things and put them together and boom!! Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls, I mean honestly how much better can it get than wrapping up something as awesome as buffalo chicken and deep frying it!! I know it really shouldn’t take much to sell you on this one so I am going to shut up now and let you guys make them for your selves!

- 1 Chicken Breast, Cooked and Shredded
- 1/2 - 2/3 Cup Hot Sauce
- 4 oz. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Cup Coleslaw Mix, w/o Dressing
