Beef Bolognese w/ Pasta

Wow! The last Monday of November, we are about to start the last month of the year!?! 2021 is freaking FLYING by lol. I like to lean less into my crazy recipes this time of year and more into some nice warm dinners you can serve up and have great comfort food. Tonight’s recipe is just that, Beef Bolognese w/ Pasta is total comfort food. I know you guys will love this one and use it all the time. Super Simple Beef Bolognese w/ Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Onion Chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 1 28oz. Can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 16 oz. Pappardelle
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan/skillet and place ground beef into pan. Break up and brown the beef. Transfer cooked beef to a bowl and wipe the grease out of the pan.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan, add in carrots and onions allowing to cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften. Add in garlic for about another minute, then add mushrooms and cook for another couple of minutes. Add tomato paste mix everything together and cook one more minutes.
  • Add ground beef back in along with the crushed tomatoes and seasoning, mix until combined. Cover and allow to simmer for at least 30 minutes occasionally stirring.
  • Serve on top of cooked noodles and enjoy
