Bacon Sriracha Sliders

Today I am doing a nice simple little lunch recipe. I figured I would come off of an experimentation recipe with something nice and easy that has proven results at our house. These Bacon Sriracha Sliders totally hit the spot. Don’t have a lot of time running around on the weekend but need to put out that awesome little lunch for the family? Boom this is the meal for you, having a couple people over to watch a game and don’t just want to throw out some chips? Well again this one has you covered. It’s lunch it’s finger food.. heck it’s perfect! So go ahead guys give this one a try you will totally love it!

Bacon Sriracha Sliders Recipe

The perfect little lunch slider!

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. Bacon
  2. 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 Cup Sriracha Sauce
  4. 24 Slider Rolls
  5. 1 lb. Turkey, Sliced
  6. 1 lb. Cheddar Cheese, Sliced
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce. Set aside.
  3. Put the bottom of the rolls in the baking dish. Spread the Sriracha sauce over them, you may not use all of it. Add the turkey, the bacon, the cheese, and top with the top half rolls.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve immediately.
