So this week I am doing two pancake recipes. I forgot to post one last week, so am catching up. I figured with the Super Bowl being this week I would whip up something that could easily be used at a party/ get together. Something that can be served buffet style if you will lol. With that said here are some awesome Bacon Dipper Pancakes! These are an awesome and simple pancake recipe that will go over like a million bucks. I mean come on they have BACON in them lol. Bacon Dipper Pancakes Recipe

Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Bacon Slices Cooked
  • 1-1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1-1/4 Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter Melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • In Large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together milk, egg, vanilla and butter.
  • Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined.
  • In a pan/skillet pout about 1/4 cup of batter at a time. You want to pour them in a long oval shape, place 1 slice of bacon into each pancake.
  • Pour a little more batter of the bacon to cover it. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with a cup of syrup to dip them into!
