Bacon Cheeseburger Ravioli

Tomorrow is Christmas, so I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! I hope you have an amazing time with your friends and family. With New Year just a week away, I figured it would be a perfect tie to put out some finger food. If you watch my channel you know I love a good bacon cheeseburger, so why not make some finger food out of them, like these Bacon Cheeseburger Raviolis! How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Ravioli

Total Time 30 minutes

Servings 20 Ravioli

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 5 Bacon Slices Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Basil
  • 1/4 Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 40 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  • In a pan/skillet break up and brown the ground beef, drain fat and return beef to pan. Add onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil , salt and pepper. Stir in ketchup and dijon mustard until completely combined, cook for another 2 or 3 minutes to allow thicken and remove from heat.
  • Place one teaspoon of the beef mixture into the center of 20 of the wonton wrappers. Top with a little bacon, and cheese. Dip a finger into a little bit of water and trace the edge of the wonton wrapper around, press a second wonton wrapper pressing the edges to seal together.
  • Lay all the sealed ravioli on a baking sheet, brush a little olive oil over the top of each and sprinkle a little more cheese on top of them. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until they become golden brown and crispy.
