This week is an awesome recipe week for me! It is Easter this weekend and one of my favorite recipes of all time is an Easter standard.. Deviled Eggs BABY!! I can kill a ton of these and keep coming back for more. I don’t know what it is but I am totally in love with Deviled Eggs lol. So I like making different types. Like my stuffing on Thanksgiving I always play and experiment with different versions of Deviled Eggs, because guess what I am going to eat them all anyway lol. This time I am making an awesome Avocado Deviled Eggs Recipe. This is a fun easy little twist on Deviled Eggs and will totally have everyone you serve them to say WOW! So go ahead and take your Easter to the next level and make a batch of these!

Avocado Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  1. 10 Hardboiled Eggs
  2. 1 Avocado
  3. 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  7. 1/2 Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
  8. 1 Jalapeno, Seeded and Diced
  9. 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, Chopped
  10. 1/4 Shallots, Diced
Instructions
  1. Slice eggs in half, and scoop out yolks. Set whites aside, and place yolks in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice and avocado to the bowl with the egg yolks.
  3. Mix egg yolk mixture until mostly smooth and everything's combined.
  4. Stir cilantro, shallots and jalapeño peppers, if desired, into the egg yolk mixture.
  5. Scoop avocado egg yolk mixture into the empty egg white halves.
  6. Top each egg half with crumbled bacon.
