  3. 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  4. 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  5. 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
  6. 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves
  7. 1 Cup Apple, Grated
  8. 1 Cup Milk

  10. 1 Tbsp. Butter
  11. 1 tsp. Vanilla
  12. Vanilla Maple Syrup

  14. 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Stir together the syrup, vanilla, set aside until ready and serve over pancakes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  3. In a measuring cup or small bowl, measure out the milk. Add the remaining wet ingredients and beat until combined.

  7. Using a 1/4-cup measure, scoop batter onto warm skillet. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until small bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes, and then flip.
  8. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook on the opposite side for about 1 minute, or until golden brown.
