Hey everyone, it’s Friday! We made it to the end of the week… finally!! Today I am throwing out a super simple appetizer Antipasto Skewers. This one has some down time but very little active working time. Plus come on Antipasto is freaking awesome, and this little twist on it is just right fun lol. Easy Antipasto Skewers Appetizer

Total Time 2 hours 15 minutes
Course Appetizer
Cuisine Italian

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Mozzarella Pearls
  • 6 Tbsp. Italian Dressing
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 12 Green Olives I had Garlic Stuffed!!
  • 24 Cheese Tortellini
  • 12 Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 12 Roasted Red Pepper Slices
  • 12 Salami Slices
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Basil

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil, add about 1 Tbsp. of olive oil. Place tortellini and cook for about 6 minutes strain and run under cold water to stop from cooking.
  • Place tortellini and mozzarella into a bowl and coat with Italian dressing. Cover and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  • Thread all the ingredients on to 6 Wooden Skewers, cover and place back in the fridge for at least 1 hour and up to over night.
  • Drizzle a little balsamic and basil on top and serve.
