Smoked Jalapeno Poppers Recipe
OMG simple is too complicated a word to describe this AWESOME app.
- 15 Large Jalapenos
- 3 Cups Cheese, Shredded ( I used a combination of Cheddar and Colby)
- 1 lb. Bacon, sliced
Slice the pepper open end to end and remove seeds. Be careful not to tear the pepper.
Spoon in the cheese, fill as much as you can while still being able to close pepper.
Wrap it tight with the bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Bring smoker up to 225 degrees, place poppers on grill and allow to smoke for 45 Minutes.
