Simple Thanksgiving Leftover Quesadillas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Cup Swiss Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Turkey Shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter

Instructions
 

  • Lay one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle with about half of the cheese. Add turkey, a little more cheese, cranberry sauce, and the remaining cheese. Top with second tortilla.
  • In a pan melt the butter, place quesadilla into pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, until both are a golden color.
  • Remove from pan and cut into quarters. If you have some left over gravy you can use that as dipping sauce too!
