Place flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl, in a second bowl, add beaten egg, and in a third bowl add your bread crumbs.
Break goat cheese into about 20 small balls, coat in the flour, egg, and lastly the bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm up.
While the cheese in the freezer add all of the ingredients for the buffalo sauce in a small bowl and mix together.
Heat some oil in a fryer or on the stovetop to 350˚F. Once the cheese is firmed up fry them in batches for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oil and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Place the fried cheese in a bowl and toss it with the buffalo sauce to coat, and serve.
