Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
Roll out the pizza dough so it is roughly a 12" circle.
Over half of the circle spread 1/2 Cup of the pizza sauce, leaving about a 1" border around the edge. Top the sauce with 1 cup mozzarella, all of your chopped chicken and all of the parmesan cheese.
Fold the dough in half creating a half moon. Crimp the edges to seal shut.
Place onto your baking pan or pizza stone. Brush the top with the melted butter then slice 3 small slits in the top of the calzone. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, top with remaining sauce, and cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
All to cool for about 5 minutes, slice and serve.
