Churro French Toast

Ingredients
  

French Toast:

  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Glaze:

  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla

Cinnamon/Sugar mix:

  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl mix together all the ingredients for the glaze until it is completely smooth then set aside.
  • In a second small bowl combine brown sugar, sugar and cinnamon, and set aside.
  • In a shallow bowl/dish whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and nutmeg. Dip each side of bread into mixture letting it soak in for about 5 seconds.
  • In pan/skillet cook each slice until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • As soon as a slice is done coat in cinnamon/sugar mixture right away. Then stack your french toast and drizzle with glaze.
