In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
In a medium bowl whisk together ricotta, creamer, eggs and vanilla. Pour all the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients and mix together completely.
Heat pan/skillet over medium heat. Add batter to skillet 1/4 cup at a time and cook until golden on both sides. About 3-4 minutes.
For icing whip together heavy sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread icing over a pancake stack and serve!
