Washington Burger

Continuing my tour of the United States of Burgers we head up to the North West for our State of Washington Burger. I love doing these burgers and hope you guys enjoy them too, so check this out and let me know what you think!!

I have really grown to love fresh mushrooms and this burger really hits that spot.

3. 12 oz. Assorted Mushrooms
4. 1 Shallot, Diced
5. Salt
6. Pepper
7. 1 Tbsp. Thyme
8. 2 Tbsp. Parsley
9. 1-1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
10. 2 Slices Cheddar Cheese
