Utah Pastrami Burger

Utah Pastrami Burger

Time for another one of my really awesome 50 States of Burgers recipes. This time I was looking to Utah for inspiration and found a burger that stood out. The Utah Pastrami Burger! Now I decided not to try and duplicate it instead I was inspired by it to play around and make something of my own to represent that great state of Utah. I really did have fun trying a few twists on this and I really like the one I came up with. As usual though if you are from Utah and feel I have done you a disservice, let me know what recipe you think I should use! I will go with what you have in mind since you live there and I don’t lol. Other wise go ahead give this one a try it is a great burger!
