Spinach Bacon Dip

So this is one of those recipes where it really was two fold. 1) I knew I had to get a recipe recorded so I could get it posted, but I didn’t have a lot of time because 2) I was headed to a friends house for a little house warming get together. So I needed super fast and super easy so I could throw it together and get over there. Now it had to be really good, these were the neighbors I would always cook with. We would swap recipes all the time. I would cook for them and they would cook for me. So I couldn’t go so simple it was bland lol. I had to keep my game at top level. All that said, that is why I decided to make my Spinach Bacon Dip Recipe. It is a really quick and easy little dip that is simply amazing, and even better…. it has BACON lol. We all know bacon makes everything better. Anyway go ahead give this quick and easy recipe a try I know you guys will love it.

Ingredients
  1. 8 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
  2. 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  3. 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  4. 1 tsp. Paprika
  5. 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  6. 16 oz. Pckg. Frozen Spinach, Thawed and Drained
  7. 10 Bacon Slices, Crumbled
  8. 1 Cup Parmesan, Grated
  9. 1 Cup Mozzarella, Shredded
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350º. Stir together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, and paprika until combined.
  2. Fold in spinach, cooked bacon, Parmesan, and 3/4 cup mozzarella. Transfer spinach mixture to baking dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella. (If mixture is very high in baking dish, place a baking sheet below dish to catch spillage.)
  3. Bake until golden and bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes.
Notes
  1. If you want you can make a crostini to serve with the dip. Just pick up a baguette drizzle olive oil and season with salt. Toast until golden, 10 minutes. Rub with a garlic clove while still warm. Perfect for dipping into this dip.
