Spinach Artichoke Bites

Well we made it.. tomorrow is the big food Holiday! It’s Thanksgiving!! lol so I will drop one more recipe you can use for Thanksgiving.. but.. BUT can be used just as a cool little finger food on any occasion. I made some Spinach Artichoke Bites. One cool thing about this recipe I don’t a lot is it is a vegetarian recipe! Yup a cool little appetizer that literally can be served to anyone. Let’s be honest too, you should probably be eating more Spinach and Artichokes anyway lol, so now you have an excuse. Anyway guys I know you are going to give this one a try and when you do try it make sure to take a pick and post it to my Facebook page!

Spinach Artichoke Bites Recipe

Total Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 12 Bites

Spinach Artichoke Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 2ups Spinach
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 6 oz. Artichoke Hearts, Drained & Rinsed
  • 24 Wonton Wrappers
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In medium bowl combine, spinach, artichoke, garlic, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and half of mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until completely combined.
  3. Lay 2 wonton wrappers into each indentation of your muffin tin. Scoop a heaping Tbsp full of mixture into each wrapper. Cover with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until wrappers are crispy and cheese is completely melted.
