Hey guys, we made it to the weekend! Today I decided to throw down with a cool dinner recipe, that AFTER I made it I realized it is totally a Keto recipe lol. Look at that me being all cool and modern without knowing it lol. Anyway, we are going to make some Pizza Stuffed Peppers! Yup were are taking that classic I always had at my Nana’s house and taking it in a whole new direction lol. I used just pepperoni but you guys can add any pizza topping you like. Simple Pizza Stuffed Peppers

Total Time 50 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Marinara Sauce
  • 3 Large Bell Peppers Halved (length wise) and Seeded
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • Pepperoni
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F.
  • In a large skillet add ground beef, and garlic. Cook and break up beef until completely browned. Drain the excess grease and return to the pan.
  • Season with Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir in the diced tomatoes (including all the juice form the can). Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes to allow it to thicken up a bit.
  • Pour the marinara into the bottom of a baking dish, add peppers ontop of the sauce and spoon the beef mixture evenly into the peppers. Top with mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Until the cheese is nice and melted.
